Check inside the server.zip file, there will be something like Sun.con or likewise. Its probably just disabled in there, (the sun casts dynamic shadows depending on the suns location, or actually its just a rotation since it is in the skydome)

The ones on the static objects are not that important to me, because i try to blend in only vehicles onto RL-Footage.
